When visiting The MIFA Store, be sure to visit our back dock, which you can usually find larger items like furniture and rugs.

Your purchases help change lives!
• $1 helps provide a well-balanced meal for a homebound senior.
• $5 helps provide transportation for a senior to pharmacies and doctors' appointments. 
• $7.50 helps provide a companion to help a senior with tasks and activities. 
• $10 helps restore utilities for a family in crisis. 
• $15 helps volunteers build a ramp for a disabled senior. 
• $20 helps provide an at-risk teen with job training, mentoring, and higher education. 
• $25 helps shelter, counsel, and train a homeless family so they can live productively.

The MIFA Store policy:
All merchandise is sold as-is unless otherwise noted. Please be aware that some of the clothing may have a small factory defect. All sales are final. A valid, state-issued picture-identification or driver's license is required for all purchases made using a debit or credit card. We cannot accept checks. The MIFA Store does not have a lay-away plan. All items must be picked up within 24 hours after the purchase is made.

Items we accept: 
• Non-perishable food items such as canned goods 
• Personal care and hygiene products in new, unused condition 
• Household goods (non-flammable materials) 
• Small electrical appliances 
• Furniture 
• Clothing and accessories 
• Toys

Items we cannot accept: 
• Chemicals, pesticides, flammable materials and storage containers (i.e. gas cans, butane tanks)
• Prescription drugs 
• Personal care or food products that have been tampered with, repackaged, or are expired
• Perishable food items (i.e. fresh produce, bakery items, refrigerated and frozen items) 
• Electrical appliances with torn, frayed, or broken cords, or are otherwise visibly hazardous
• Toys that resemble weapons or present a visible danger to children (i.e. broken or sharp edges)

Scheduling Donation Pickups
Making a donation to The MIFA Store is easy! You can schedule a pick-up for large items anytime during the week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Just contact Mary Williams at (901) 529-4505 or mwilliams@mifa.org.
