Tours include:
- Overview of MIFA
- Emergency Services, where hundreds are consulted with weekly to help confront a variety of emergency situations
- The industrial kitchen where thousands of MIFA meals are prepared weekdays
- The MIFA Store, with gently used clothing and household goods for sale
- Administrative offices
- MIFA's Housing Opportunities Program, which includes 100 units providing transitional housing for families who are homeless
- MIFA's Life Skills Institute and the Les Passees Center for Families and Children
